Why would you want to develop a new display system?
This development arose out of necessity while we were developing a drawing program for simple high quality 2D technical graphics. We became increasingly frustrated with the MS Windows graphics system (most of our current Cad Publisher users are on the Windows platform) and were forced to develop a workable system for our own use.
It has developed into a new base-level advanced display technology - particularly suited for the highest quality rendering of 2D graphic art, including text. Its is:
“A new graphics algorithm that renders in real-time a full grey scale imaging of lines and mathematical curves and the result is photo-quality antialiasing without oversampling. The algorithm is suited for fill and transparency.
The graphics engine can be tailored to suit particular tasks."
The technology is applicable in the display area industry wide. Not just desktop computers but any display with pixels, for example mobile telephones, ATM's, point-of-sale, handheld devices, military, avionics, aviation, graphic overlays for medical and other imagery, gaming machines, etc.
